That's awesome!!! For me the best part has been that I am 8.5 months pregnant and have not swelled or had high blood pressure at any of my check ups! With my daughter I was 50lbs heavier and it was awful. I was so swollen I could barely bend my fingers and toes and my bp was so high I had to have it checked once a day and was always worried about going into labor early. i LOVE my band!!!

Getting out of the car...I do not have to do the "hoist" thing anymore! Thank you for your post and for reminding me to be thankful for the little things! I will appreciate my towel tomorrow because of you!

Being able to walk around and not have my knees and feet hurt:lol:

So much more energy! And I have a greater appreciation for life and blessings..........

Fitting in the seats at the movies without my thighs hurting from the pressing on the sides of the chair!

Well . .. all of the above, plus the way my husband encourages and supports me every step of the way -- and I KNOW he is not doing so because he wants a skinny wife... he wants me here with him for a long, long time. It seems more possible now that I'm getting healthier!! Love it, love it, love it!!

Wearing High Heels again! Walking without pain again! Playing with my grandchildren in the floor and getting up without help again! So very many things, but a special one is having my tall, handsome husband wrap his arms around my waist while I am washing dishes at the sink and tell me how pretty I am and how much he loves me! Yes I think that is the best, that he can now wrap his arms fully around me and I feel so skinny in his arms. God Bless and Keep You.
