I am seriously irritated! I am 6 months post op, not hardly any restriction and Im always hungry. Doctor unfilled me totally last Wednesday to make sure I didnt have a leak, watched me drink under xray once he filled me to 10.5 cc's and noticed I still dont have a lot of restriction. My Realize C band only holds 11 cc's! WTH! I'll never see my sweet spot! :tt2:

WoW. That's alot of cc's but I am like you, I have 7 cc's in a 10 cc band. Don't get too discouraged cause I know there is a limit when eating, so with that said, yes I do feel more hungry at times. It's self control that plays a key here, the band works, but slowly. Yes for some its more but for the ones like me it's moderate to slow, be patient and follow the diet plan. You will see results. Good luck on your journey.

I'm at 7.25 and 3 months post-surgery. I freaked out when I didn't have restriction after my last fill and talked to the PA at length. She helped me with my eating and "waking up the pouch", chewing and waiting. I can't believe the difference. I'm actually thinking I might be a little full, but I'm close and I'm managing. But I was crying that day in the doctor's office thinking I'd never feel full and the band was doing nothing. That was around the first of August. Since then? Maybe 15 lbs down. SO IT WILL WORK!!! Keep the faith.........

That has to be frustrating. I will offer you some encoragement in that my fill doctor says that just a few drops can have an amazing effect. Meaning maybe just a few drops will get you from where you are now, to the restriction you want. I'm hoping for you!!
