Well, i weighed yesterday and am very happy to say that I am still headed in the right direction. I am trying to weigh every other week. I am down 65 pounds since May and couldn't be happier with the results.

 

I am still struggling with food choices. I do think that it is getting easier but still an obstacle. Breaking old habits is harder than I ever imagined.

 

I hope everyone else is enjoying success on this wonderful journey of LAP-BAND®.

You are doing awsome keep up the great work. I completely understand the old habbits part. I still have trouble some times. It is getting easier though.
