I just had my lap band surgery on Monday and feel okay except both my arms are so achy. Is it from gas? Any ideas to releave the pain?

Gas was my only problem. Try Gas X strips, I had them always handy because it was so painful..It gets better, walk, walk, walk..it helps a lot. God Bless. m-

Walking by far is the best but I also found sipping warm liquid helped and a heating pad helped too (when it was horrible from my c-section) good luck this week!

so I guess laying around all day today didn't help...

I just don't have any energy. Tomorrow will be a better day.
