I go to a seminar on Aug 18th and they already set me up for my first balance eating plan on Aug 27th. I have to go through that for 6months before i can have the surgery. This is the requirement of my insurance.

I am so excited. Finally got it started. Didn't know where to even start. But im on track now. Wish me luck.

ty both im just little worried about the insurance approving it now. read some stuff where it took ppl a very long time to get cigna to aprove them. some even went n paid for their own. what worries me is i have no health issues other then asthma . my bmi is 64 so im hoping that well do it. i do have lower back pain when i stand to long or walk to much.. just play it by ear n see i guess. will just have to keep appealing it if they deny me.
