First full day at home. Surgery went great.

Had to spend 1 night in I.C.U due to my kidney problems. Starting to adjust to my new life. More sore in the incision area where port is located. No problems putting down clear liquids. Taking small baby steps, Follow-up with Dr Sarker is Tuesday August 10.:tt2:

Good for you raajr . . .take it easy and be good to yourself - take time to heal. I am 3 weeks post op and my port incision is still quite sore. Everyone heals differently, but I understand that this is quite common. Best wishes and keep us posted on your progress.

would this be Dr. Sarker out of Loyola Hospital in Maywood, IL? If so, I had my band done by her on June 19th. Just had my first fill. I feel great!!!!
