Hanging in there....
Well, I have not lost any weight this week. I am trying to remain positive, especially since I have been doing so well. It is a little frustrating but I am gonna be patient for another week. After all I have only had one fill and I imagine it takes several to get to the "sweet spot".
If things don't change in the next few days I am heading back for another adjustment.
