I had a great morning walk this morning, I walked for 30 minutes and according to my pedometer I burned 304 calories. Now I'm prepared to go to work, I feel energized, I don't feel tired like I usually do when its time for work, i'll take these morning walks often.

Nice! I'm glad you enjoyed it! I did a little walking this morning, but it wasn't light out yet and I got a little scared (for no good reason). Think I'll walk over to the tiny gym at the apartment and do the treadmill next time.

Walking is good, it gets our day starting with lots of engergy. Way to go you are doing well. keep up the good work. LOVE IT!
