So so so glad i did this banding. I went for my second fill today he upped my fill from 5 cc to 7 cc and I lost another 2 1/2 lbs i must be doing something right because i am loosing weight... so liquids for a day or two then mushies and soft .....then wow back to normal. Cant wait till i am under 200 i am getting close yeah

  I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
