:smile2: This keeps happening. I keep losing determination. I've lost 75 pounds but I feel like that just isn't good enough. As of June 11th I'm a year out and I feel horrible. I'm eating wrong when I eat...most of the time I don't eat at all. I'm not working out anymore....I just suck right now. D: Someone please give me some good advise, I want to get back on track and stay there but I feel as if I have lost my support from everyone. I was way too young for this. :)

You are never to young for this. With you doing this now you are saving your self years of medical issues. Saving on meds and doctors vists.. If I may say this, you sound like you realy want this. So all you have to do is pump it up, get back on the horse and ride again, in a matter of speaking. You know what you have to do, stop eating the wrong foods, work out alot more, and post your feelings here let it out and not hold them in. I do recipe of the day daily try some of them and read my blog to see a few tips that has help me and a few others.. Check out my blog

You say in your profile that you had your surgery at 17 and that you had been overweight since you were 4. Did you enjoy being overweight? I know you took a long time to decide to have the surgery. Were you excited when you first had it done? Do you have friends or family members who are overweight? I am 56 years old and have been overweight for over 22 years. When you get older it is awful - getting up and down, tying your shoes, mediation...and so much more. You had a gift - take it and run with it.

75 lbs - that is great weight loss! I cannot wait until I can post that. Your prom picture is darling. You were so happy to be down so many dress sizes versus the year before. You were so proud of yourself for the decision after surgery. You will be proud of yourself again. Set a small goal is my advice to get started. Sometimes I can overwhelm myself and then I feel like a failure at everything. How about eating 3 meals a day and making good food choices the next 7 days. Or working out the next 7 days. I think you may be low on determination right this moment but keep your hope going! Let your hope fuel your action. Let your results fuel more action. You will gain momentum and you CAN do this!! You are too young NOT too! :) Will be thinking about you and hoping you tackle this challenge. I'm new to this (2 weeks post op) and I hope to see you around more.

Don't get upset over this, just get a pencil paper and start logging again, that is the first and hardest step for me, but when I do it, I can see so clearly where I have messed up. Today I had no energy! Had a headache, but I did , manage to eat right today, and that I know from experience will show up on the scales in the morning. Keep On Keepin on and you will acheive your goal!
