Stressed out, getting stuck and vomiting!
I'm very stressed out right now in my life, with just getting into a car accident (I'm ok), depression, relationship issues and moving in with my bro and his family to get my life together.
On and off, I have anxiety and my band gets tight and I can't hold anything down, tried even ice cream and got stuck and had to stick my finger down my throat to vomit as usual to get the pain out of my chest. I'm losing weight like crazy but not the right way. I was able to eat without getting stuck a few times, when I wasn't stressed. Advice?
