well one week has passed and I feel not bad at all. I like listening to what others have gone through as then do not feel so alone. I am still on thick fluids so this week might start trying other things like eggs and such.

I am still worried about everything , but I needed a tool and I am hoping this is it. I just need to remember to stop shoving stuff into my mouth.

I have lost 17 lbs in the last 3 weeks. started at 255 and 236 today. I am happy with that. I realize as I start to eat again, it is a matter of what i eat as well as how much. But maybe the discomfort and pain will remind me why I am not to eat??

well, one week and two days. Out for supper tonight, had lentil soup and filet of sole. Way too much. the pressure is still on my stomache and i actually ache. live and learn. order less, way less. I only ate the fish and soup and that is way too much. How good that is. I hope the feeling of knowing such discomfort when i eat too much never goes away.

today much better. did not get hungry until lunch time. then was not able to eat much. for supper had a bowl of soup and some cottage cheese. now full. except for munchies. so sucking on diet choc. that is solving my cravings and am full. think I should go for a walk. As I am also very tired. maybe that will liven me up.damn blog is confusing. want to keep it private. hope i got it this time
