Things to do...
Today i am goin to start my protein shakes, i am going to start off with one shake a day preferably in the morning, as i progress i will do one in the morning and than one for dinner at night! well up untill i start my pre-op diet. also i will be joining a gym.. hooray! this gym stays open 24hours 5 days a week, so i can go anytime i feel like it during the week....
Does anyone know of any good tasting shakes? i don't want to start with anything nasty...
