GRRRRR.... I am on day 33 post op, I have been going to Curves, eating way less, being very active and have only lost 22lbs. It seems that the last week the scale is just hovering around the 22-24 lbs lost. Is this normal? I feel very little restriction. Hopefully when I go back in July he will do a fill.

I think that is fantastic! I had a bad first couple weeks, and everyone told me to be patient, not get on the scale all the time, and not judge your success by a number. 22 pounds in a month? Are you kidding me? That is absolutely FANTASTIC! Think about this -- that is at least 1 if not 2 sizes. Before your surgery you probably gained at least 5 -- a swing of almost 30 lbs! That's a 1 year old baby!!!

You are exercising and eating well. Don't be so hard on yourself! You have taken the tool, added your own for a successful lifestyle.

Congrats, keep up the good work! I can only hope I have 22 lbs after a month!

I agree with Sandra. That is great!! Now that you are a month out, you are probably ready for your first fill. If you haven't already talked to your surgeon about the timing for your first fill, you should do that.

Keep it up!!

Sandra, I am plateaued also but keep telling myself this too, will pass. Be careful going to Curves. I flaired up an unknown back condition on some of the equipment. My physical therapist told me that she has had several ladies who had a problems while going to Curves. She is not sure which piece of equipment is doing the damage. Just keep those tummy muscles tight!! Work that core and it help prevent back injuries.GOOD LUCK!!
