This summer will be the 5th anniversary of my banding. I am happy with my loss, but have fallen off the track! I ams stuck, and have even gained 10 pounds back. I find myself sneaking around the rules, and tricking my band. All the sweets in the world go right through my band, and anything healthy gets "stuck" I really want to get back on track, and continue to lose. I am only down 62 pounds, and have another 40 to go until my ultimate goal. If anybody has any encouraging words, or tips on getting back on track, please help me! Thanks. :frown:

Are you Seeing your doctor regularly- like at least every 6-8 weeks? Are you working out at all? Is your band filled? Do you feel restricted? If you're cheating the band by eating soft foods and high calorie foods and sweets...You may just BEAT the band, and continue gaining weight.. Its a choice your making.. You have gone through too much and lost alot of weight to let it be for not! Make a tiny change right away for the better. Something do able... Like keeping a food log, and counting your calories, or commiting to some type of excercise.. You know you will feel better! Good luck! You can do this!
