Well, my weight is holding steady at 149.9, I'm hoping this stall will end soon and I drop a few more pounds. I was hoping to get to 145 by the end of the month when I move from HCG phase 2 to phase 3 and 4.
But if not, no biggie. I plan on doing another round when I get back from my cruise at the end of July. This should get me to my new goal of 135.

apple, lemon juice

baked fish - 4oz
