I logged my weight into fitday.com today and guess what, I'm no longer overweight!!!!! I'm in the "healthy range" and my BMI is 24.94, see below:

A BMI between 18.5 and 25 is considered healthy.

The healthy weight range for your height is between

lbs and

150.2

lbs.

I'm doing a happy dance now.......

Congratulations. I can't wait to hear those words. Keep up the good work. Any advise for someone who has yet to be banded (6/21/10)?

Thanks so much! The best advice I can give is 1) follow the band rules, eat the protein first 2) stay on top of your fills. 3) exercise 30 min a day! Best wishes to you! Getting the band has been the best decision I could have made, no regrets!
