hey hey hey! good news!
In my last post I was complaining about my exersize woes, and now I have great news!
I started water aerobics 2 weeks ago, and am doing the exersizes that I was given by the physiologist, and I feel great!
I love the aerobics, they have really motivated me to keep going and even go to the pool on the off days just to walk laps!
I never thought that this would happen!
Horray for me! Life is good..... :smile:
