When do you go back to work? i have my surgery on 06/09/10 (wednesday) and only took off the rest of the week to go back to work tht following Monday.

I feel bloated when I eat too much broth or water.

I am took off until Thursday and I was banded Wednesday. My doc told me I couldn't drive for 5 days but all the paperwork I got up until them said 3 days. They found a hernia and repaired it so that may be why.

Thursday the 20th I go back. just to clarify and i was banded on 12th.

Day 2 for me today, Friday. I'm pretty sore; feel like I was kicked really hard a few times...and still really tired...I'm still taking the rx pain killer every 6 hours, as it is hard to get up and down when it starts wearing off. I'm hoping to go back to work, at least part time, on Monday. Two other ladies I work with took one and two weeks off when they had surgery, but we have a very generous leave policy. I want to go back, so hoping I'm able to Monday.

Just got Banded today!!! My back and neck feel really sore... have any of you noticed that as well. I am going to try to go back to work on Monday but will see how I feel sunday night.

Good morning! I am day 2 today and my goodness I am sore and feel very little ability to get things done. How long did you ladies feel that way? Thanks!!
