Hey, someone else with an annoying "runners-type" cramp. I sure do. I was banded 10 days ago and it has been with me since then. I called the clinic and they told me it is probably just trapped gas and should dissipate in about a week. I have noticed it getting better over the past few days - no problems with it flaring up when I turn over in bed anymore. Just give it time!

hey my doctor told me when i complained with the same thing that it was where he went though the muscle to run the cord to the port and it did go away in a few weeks. I still feel it every once in a while if i do alot of lifting. Hang in there it should get better.

Oh yeah! I get it when I eat a larger meal at night. For me it goes away if I lay down flat on my back. For some reason I only get it at night, and usually before bed. (Which is why I know the laying down works). I always say it feels like I drank cold water and then ran, weird. I was getting a little scared, but I'm glad I'm not the only one.
