I gained two lbs back I think I need another fill i a hav only lost 24 lbs since jan 14,2010 do you think that's normal?:thumbup:

Girl 24 lbs in 3.5 months is fantastic. Besides you are probably still in bandster hell and very well may need another fill. I am losing very slow but my dr. says that's ok. My friend asked me this question so I am gonna ask you. When was the last time you were you able to lose 24 lbs and keep it off? You are doing great! Keep up the good work.

Your doing fine, I have lost only 32.4 #s since 4 Jan 10. I have had 3 fills. I have slowed down some, but when I am active-working outside all day I loose 2 #s. Going back to the basics works for me and that's what I am doing again, soups, mushies, etc. Give it a try on your own first before another fill, as I too am contemplating another fill, my 4th. Stay the course, your doing fine, maybe resort back to the basics like me. Good luck.

I am 15 days away from my 4th fill.... my goal is to loose 5 lbs by then. I have AERO restriction and trying to stay away from crunchy carbs (my weakness)

I am also loosing very slow and it seems like i have hit a wall. I am doing my workouts and drinking my water and vitamins..

everyday i start fresh and try not to get bummed out.

have you only had one fill ? because if that's all you have had then more than likely that's whats going on . u might need another . do u feel any restriction ?
