Day Six liquids-addendum

I just ate grilled chicken on top of a bed of spinach. Low sugar,carb,sodium balsamic vinag. and it was HEAVEN!!! I know I am suppose to be on a liquid diet, but honestly how bad could tht be??? Its not going to be an everynight thing...and I dont feel that guilty!! :rolleyes: Ok so I do feel a little guilty, but I dont feel ravenously hungry!!:thumbup:

It's ok to add variety without feeling bad. I for one have tried McDonalds, and BurgerKing, One Big Mac only without the middle bread, and a BKWhaler-only. It's Fish. I have even ate out at a Korean resturant and have lost weight. Some days you need a break, but eat to your limits, you will know when your full, STOP, I do. Eat moderately and follow the guidance, soups, musshies and solids. After a fill two days on liquids, then switch to musshies, mash pot's and peas, with boiled or backed chicken or fish. Chicken noodle soupd with a half can of peas with a few crackers is great for dinner. That's my story...I am loosing the pounds. I tried it and I like it.
