A better day~A better Way!
:w00t: Well today was a better day! Thank God I have the LapBand! I got up in a determined mood to get back on track and I did! Sundays are always really hard for me because after Church I have to take my mother out to Lunch. She is a resident in a really nice Assisted Living Facility but I like to be with her on Sundays and take her out for something special.
It was good today, I had control of my life today! I made good food choice decisions and feel like I am on track again, NO MORE BIG BROWNIES, like last Friday! I feel a good restriction now and believe I am at the Sweet Spot! I am glad that my skin is not wrinkled bad, and the elasticity is good! I must resume my Gym Classes next week too, gotten off there due to the added work load of taking care of elderly parents and getting them cared for! It will all even out again soon, I just know it. Every Day is different, every day a bit better with the LapBand~the Better Way!:biggrin:
