can you believe it 317....
On the 13th of april which was last Tuesday I went under the knife at 334 pounds. An I be damned that one week later I am down over 17 pounds. I mean I'm trying not to lift weights or run because I want to so bad so I am starting to walk an extra 10 to 15 mins everyday. I mean I'm getting more than enough protein but I am ready to get a little more aggressive with my physical activity. Well until I get the ok from the doc then I will just continue to walk it out........... Wow 17 pounds sure do make a difference on the knees LOL.......
