Thursday- I did it

Yeahhhhhh I did my 30 minutes last night and noooooo fast food. Yeahhhhhh I am so glad. I cooked dinner early and had a meal, no salad so I had broccoli with my chili.

I will count that 30 minutes as 1 mile walk.

 

I will strive for that again today.

Good Job girl! meal plans are the best - I usually have in my mind what I will eat for the next day - and stick pretty well to it - leaving dinner open during the summer months - but only as to 'where' to eat - how 'much' I plan for - congrats on a great day!

Good for you, I knew you could make it thru the day...Now its that grocery store trip your planning that has me worried...You should just make a list of what you need and not get anything that isnt on your list...Easier said than done, I know first hand...But it was a thought...lol
