I have a 4cc lapband and I am now filled to 3cc. I am still not getting full... Arrgghh. My stomach is roaring all the time. Maybe this is because I simply have been eating too much for soooo long that my stomach needs to shrink again. Feeling anxiety that I may not be able to do this because of the hunger but I will stay on the straight and narrow to see what kind of results I get. No ice cream, that's a good thing!

 

I love reading all of your comments and suggestions. It is nice to know that someone out there knows exactly how I am feeling.

 

How about some suggestions for meals.... What would satisfy my ice cream craving that wouldn't be bad for me??? The doctor told me all of my food needs to be in solid form - no more smoothies, etc...
