Well the pain is def pretty much gone but i'm still swollen. Mostly where they repaired the hornia and etc. I'm trying to get all my protein in and fluids but dang I am struggling. I;m down 15 pounds since last thursday. Now that the swelling is going down more is coming off. I'm trying hard to get liquids in but between drinking and jello I am constantly full so it's hard to drink all the time

My surgery was last Tuesday. I agree, most of my pain is gone except for where the port is placed. That is still a bit sore. I have lost 15 lbs. since last week, too, and a bit worried it is too much for such a short time. I have been drinking and drinking. Just tired of all liquids and not much selection. Hang in there.

I agree with you all these liquids is horrible I'm ready for some variety and texture. I am also ready for this pain to stop it's just that one place but it hurts if I sit to ;ong or get up. I'm also tired of sleeping on my back tried to lay on my side but my body is not ready. Grats with your lost!

Hello today is my 4th day after surgery, my head feels foggy still, does anyone? Maybe it's me stress or nerves. I am still taking it slow, my cuts are a little soar, is anyone putting anything on the cuts for scars

Hi I havent had my surgery yet...I just found this site and joined tonight. I am just getting started. I live in Pawtucket and I'm trying to find a surgeon. I just started my 6 month I can change program. I am just learning about eating healthy...I love food so much, it is going to be so hard to do. I am ready, although I thought I was...over the weekend, I ate a box of devil dogs. I feel terriable!
