Post Op Day ONE

Alright so the easy part is over right? Now comes the hard work? Isn't he weight supposed to just fall off now? Surgery went well though I would have thought the doctor could have made a stait incision? I'll have to start drafting my knife fight story I guess. Its weird drinking something and then feeling like I would imagine a clogged drain pipe would feel as you can feel the fluid kind of just gurgling down the clogged pipe... Tomorrow starts the gym. I actually like working out. I lost 6 pounds just on the Pre op liquid diet, so I am excited about what's to come. Any words of encouragement are welcome! Good luck to all!!

My weight isnt falling off anymore, and I'm 2 weeks post op. Now it's time to work hard for it, but I think the best thing is, when we do lose the weight by working hard, we can make it stay off!!

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
