Didn't happen that way with me. I am still hungry 5 months later. The only thing that helps me is to eat right. Don't go too long between meals, don't fill up on carbs, drink my water, etc.

I have only had one fill. They put 7cc in my 14cc band.

I am at my point of perfect restriction and get hungry about every three to four hours. Only very occasional craving or head hunger. Mostly I just get hungry, eat a tiny meal to very full (less than 3/4 c.) and then I'm good for three to four hours!It only took me two fills.

Can I ask how much weight have you lost? I guess Im wondering do you feel full with a little bit of food?
