I'm three days out from my surgery, and I'm doing great :biggrin:. I must admit I was really scared and didn't really know what to expect, but know that I have been banded I am extremely happy I did it. I've been in very little pain, and I even walked 30 minutes on the treadmill today :thumbup:. The only problem I've had so far is getting all my liquids in. I'm a little worried about becoming dehydrated, really don't want that to happen. Today I'm going to really push myself to get the liquids in.

Sounds like we are in the same boat. Had band on Feb 4th 2010. I am a little sore. Pain pills help. I have been drinking the 3 CIB shakes and adding protien powder . But find it hard to add extra drinks. I have been sip sip on sugar free crystal light and jello. Keep in touch

I also had surgery on Feb 4th, little sore on port, clear liquids are done, and working on getting fluids in now, going pretty good just so afraid going to drink or eat too much or wrong thing.
