Attention All who are planning to have the LAP-BAND Surgery and those who have had the surgery. The guidelines can be viewed at: www.longviewregional.com:)

 

Also note that in the blogs there are several recipe's posted--check them out, at least you can have a variety of meals to select from within the limits of the guidelines.
