2010 is just a few weeks old and yet things are off to a great start.

I actually look forward to getting exercise and trying new forms of exercise. I can go into GNC now and not feel like a fish out of water. I am taking care of myself and striving to be the healthiest version of myself that I can be.

I have determined that this year I am going to complete projects that I had started long ago. I now have a renewed energy that kept me from seeing things through. I hate to admit it but I have neglected so many things because I was always tired or sluggish.

I am going to paint my kitchen, finish some quilting projects, maybe even plant a small garden(if winter ever decides to end) I find that I'm no longer content to sit down and just read all weekend. I want to see my goals achieved.

If I can repeat myself just one more time .....

I am so very happy with my decision to have this surgery and I am going to encourage others to do the same. It truly IS life-changing!!!!:)

Hi there I was banded on Dec. 7th,2009 and you are right it is life changing. It took 11 months to have my insurance approval and I'm so glad that they did. I was just this week able to start exercise and I never thought that I could get up at 4:20 a.m. and go and get in a swimming pool but by Friday I was looking forward to it. I also feel better the rest of the day. When were you banded? Keep up the good work.:smile2:

Hi - I'm 2 years into my new self and have been doing great. Lost 90 pounds and am also trying to exercise and get firmed up - yeah!! I also love to swim early, but have been really tired!!! My friend's doctor turned her onto some drinkable vitamins, which she shared with me. I've been drinking the B Complex and MultiVit and WOW, what a difference. Her Doc told her the absorption ratio is so much greater when you drink them (it's a powder you mix with water). I'm up early everyday, just about, and feeling super. I told my Husband a pool would be a good thing - and has it been!!! If you need energy, I'd recommend you look at that Isotonix line of drinkable vitamins - www.endlessstores.com - luv it!!
