:thumbup: Well it is six months today. When I blogged earlier I did not think about it! I guess I should be very happy that I have lost 65 lbs now.

But I keep looking forward, and yesterday is gone, I have today and if God is willing tomorrow. So I will plan on doing better every day from now on, that is really all I can do, cause I can not control the events, happenings of my LIFE, but I Can control how I react to those events and happenings when it comes to food consumption!

I celebrated getting below the 250 make last week it was so nice not to have to put that scale maker on 250 to begin my weigh in...now to get it below 200...think it may be a while...next goal 235 by 3/14!!! Janet you are doing awesome!!!

Janet - congratulations. You are doing wonderfully and getting healthier every day. I'm watching you as you reach toward your goal.

Thanks you all! I went to my grandsons l year old birthday party tonight and after uploading all the photos, a couple of me, I really DO look different, I am pleased with where I am right now. So I will stay the course and Live a good life with the LapBand!
