Well it certainly seems so! I have to have my daily fix of your smiles at the satisfaction of your changes in your body and the new joy that this walk with the band is taking you.

I click on, check for any messages from you, check my blog. Then go straight to see the new pics that have been added.

This is a life saving sight that lifts my spirits every day. I admitted it~~~I am addicted to this site!!!

I need to have my friends on here to support my efforts and keep me motivated. (Also, A lot of prayer!)

I don't know who started this site, but I thank God they did, keep the good blogs coming and the photos too. Have a blessed day.:thumbdown:

I agree with you. I look at LBT daily. I think it is so helpful just to read and see what is going on with other Bandsters. Great for learning and support.

Yeah me five. I am on here once or even twice a day... I feel it keeps me even more motivated then I already am.

Me six. And when I dont for a while, I am slacking and that's kind of how I know it!

Yes, you know what? It just goes to show that we need help and we get it from one another, when I start to slack or want to eat what I KNOW I shouldn't I can get on here and see those little tickers and I WANT this more than that handful of peanuts, or that peice of cake! It is a wonderful tool. Thanks
