Hey everyone

went for my fill Oct 15th. Under fluro as only Dr. Goldstein will do. the needle wouldn't go in. Dr. said my port must be flipped. Went in to repostion my port on Nov 23rd. Went well I was in and out of surgery felt like 25 minutes. Now to lose the 6 pounds I gained. Finally got permission to exercise again. Wish me luck back on the track and hoping to lose 50 more pounds.:thumbup:

Yep I went to get a little taken out and doc stuck me a few times and then sent me to xray. Going tomorrow for the surgery for a flip. Did you have a local and all was good?

All went well I was totally out for it. Was in and out of the or in less than 20 minutes. Was good after that now I'm too tight and have to have some removed, again.

      Xbox And Exercise - Kickboxing

      I’ve used my Xbox for exercise games too and it can be pretty motivating, especially on days when I don’t want to leave the house. Kinect games really do make you move, and after a session with kickboxing or dancing, I always feel like I’ve actually gotten a solid workout. The controller-free setup feels way more natural for workouts than anything I tried on the Wii. Zumba is fun but definitely takes a little time to get the moves right. Lately, when I’m not working out, I spend time trading CS2 skins and finding new guides on this link. There’s a lot of interesting tips if you’re into games outside of fitness too.

      I'm literally almost crying reading this. Mostly because I'mon this pre-op diet and these last two days have been difficult... but also because I needed this! Thank you! Congrats! And a BIG congrats on quitting smoking a second time! It was hard enough to do it once... So - when I say BIG congrats... I mean BIIIIIG congrats! ❤️
