I think I am getting back to normal

I am feeling much better. The pain that I was having was a muscle strain. I put myself back on liquids and really made an effort to not use that muscle when getting up and did not do anything too strenuous and it is much better. I have lost 12 pounds and can feel it:thumbup: I am pretty stoked right now.

My first fill is Feb 8th.....can't wait for that!!
