Day 3

Well it's day 3 and I'm feeling better as the days go on. I'm finally getting more food into me. I never thought I would drink skim milk but it's not that bad. I'm sticking to 2 cups of milk, jello, yogurt, broth and water for now. I just try to get it down as I can through the day. I woke up hungry this morning for the first time.:thumbup:

i know what you mean, the thing i did was to go from whole milk to 2%, that helped me, i guess its a gradual process, i even did 1% at one point...i dated a bf he wanted whole milk, and my daughters were like, can we have 2%!??!!? lol..then i broke up w him and we're back to 2% :ohmy:..lolol i love cyrstal light :rolleyes:
