:thumbup:Monday january 11th i went in for another fill. december i did not get one. but i survive the holidays,i lost 2lbs.so today is the 14th i got on the scale an it says 210lbs.so that,s 7lbs since monday.this is a picture of me now.i went from 324lbs to 218lbs.this picture.i have come a long way.thanks to the band. today i uploaded some pictures to the album.my name is (Sil)an you can see a big difference.i was very impatience with my band.you know when we always say it,s so slow. well we all go through those changes.as of today i have lost 113lbs.40lbs before surgery.an today i feel so good.we are so blessed.we all takes a lot of things for granted.i thank god everyday&night for my blessings so bandsters just hang in there.we will get to our goal. some will be a little slower than others.we have the power to do it.around this time last year i lost my best friend to a stroke.so it has been a sad journey during the hoildays i miss her so much. but i know she is up in heaven. looking down on us.
