What is wrong with me?

Ok so on my last entry I had advised that I was feeling really disappointed in myself for not loosing like I should be. Now I am really discouraged because I am constantly craving and wanting foods that are not good for me and will continue to hinder me further. I feel like I am intentionally sabotaging my progress. Is this possible? I am wayyy to young to not get into gear and help myself! Why doesn't it click?

Wanting sweets and chips has not changed for me. I stil have to use willpower for that. My dr. says that after my meals that the last two bites can be whatever I want. So that helps to know that it is ok to have a bit of brownies or cheesecake.

My loss has been slow, but am keeping a food log to take in to see if my nurses can help me figure out what I'm doing to improve or fill fuller for a longer period of time.

Just don't give up. Keep trying different strategies until you find what works. You didn't say how many fills you've had. Maybe you just haven't had enough yet??
