Day #3
Down 4 pounds..yes I am one of those people that has to weigh every day. Keeps me motivated even if I know it's water weight. I pretty much slept all day after working a night shift. So not a whole lot activity, but being true to my promise..here is my accountability log of food for today:
B: 2 mini crustless quiche (180 cal / 16 protein)
L: 1 South Beach Protein Bar (140 cal / 10 protein)
S: Shrimp Gumbo with veggies (300 cal / 19 protein), Pistachios (160 cal / 6 gm protein)
D: Lean Cuisine (200 cal / 14 gm protein), Broccoli w/2 tbsp ranch, (120 cal / 3 gm protein)
So thats a total for today of 1100 calories and 68 gms protein...
Did well on low carbs. Come on Robyn..keep it up:tt2:
