Starting over (again)

So I have gained almost 100 pounds back over the past 2.5 years. Had my band loosened after losing almost 170 pounds, as I began to get tired of vomiting all the time. Originally planned on just giving things a "rest", but then quickly enjoyed feeling normal being able to eat again. So here we are over 2 years later, miserable..kicking myself..ready to go at it again. Gonna try this blog thing to keep sort of an on-line diary for myself. Committing to keep a daily diary of food intake as well as other things. Also committing to get back to basics and do the things I did when I was successful before, which included lapband talk. You can do this again Robyn!:rolleyes:
