Well my first lapband seminar is wednesday, and i decided to quit sodas before my first actual appointment because i know i'm going to have to go on a 6 month diet it'd be a good thing to stop sodas now and i won't be able to have them after the surgery, i've quit sodas before....the first few days are basically hell....withdrawals ugg..headaches..ugg...no fun, but lately i haven't really had many sodas anyways, i just gotta get used to drinking water again, haven't been drinking as much water as i should....my husband is going to be quiting sodas with me so i won't have to do it on my own, i'm sure he'll probably cheat while he's at work...but we will not have sodas in our home, and i also let my mother in law know that we'll be quiting sodas so she doesn't need to keep our favorites stocked up anymore, that instead if she could have bottled water for us that would be great....and she was glad i told her today cause she was running low on mine and my husbands favorites and she was going to buy more....so i told her just in time....we decided friday the new year is a good time to quit, but i've already started drinking more water....
