Hear! Hear! I did gain one pound, but quickly lost it so it may have been a simple normal fluctuation. It's been wonderful to celebrate without the guilt of overeating. This year, the focus was on the family and much, much less stressful with me sitting and laughing with the friends and family in the living room instead of trying to cook too much in my tiny kitchen. Did we have treats? Some, but mostly it was about the gifts and laughter, not food. Hooray for us!

I'm SO proud of you! I wish I could say the same for me... I was so sick with the stomach flu 2 mondays ago and lost 9 pounds in 3 days (I know it was all fluids)! Since then, i've gained them all back plus 4 more! All I seem to be eating is cookies and I havent been back to the gym since (almost 2 weeks). I'm severly depressed which makes me eat more cookies and not want to exercise. Sigh... I go for a fill in 10 days and i'm so humiliated that I will show a gain for the first time. Makes me want to eat more cookies.... :Dancing_wub:

Merry belated Christmas, BG! I'm so happy for you! Seems to me you are exactly where you should be - enjoying food but not stressing it or treating it specially! What an accomplishment!

What a great Christmas present to yourself!! You are in complete control and I am sooo not!!! Can I come live with you for awhile!!! LOL I haven't even stepped on a scale in over 2 wks ( don't want to die of a heart attack!!) and I know that's a big NO NO for me, I need to know what I'm doing so I can stay on top of things and I'm too ashamed to find out but in the a.m. I will step on them and face my fears and get back on track!! I think I'll go back on my liquids for 48 hrs, like I had a fill, and then go on mushies for a day or 2, and get back to MOVEING !!!! Thanks for all you do to inspire the rest of us!! Sharon
