Hi everyone,

Hope ya'll all had a Merry Christmas. Mine was great. Well I don't know how it happened:confused: but I seem to have :lost2.5lbs:pounds this week. I say I don't know how because I've eaten more than I should've plus I've been on Prednisone for the whole week for my GOUT(owwww). But hey maybe that was just another :thumbdown: to me from SANTA. I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth.Hope ya'll are doing ok with your eating. Hang in there.Thin will come.:drool::thumbup:
