Well the beginning of the holidays

Well we made cookies... Yes we did. We had a friend come over and we made sugar cookies and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Yummy. I did ok. I ate 2 cookies... I counted them into my calories for the day.. Tomorrow we are doing a big road trip so I will be having scrambled eggs in the am, I will stop at star bucks for a protein shake and at booster juice for another shake.. I can do this.. As long I dont get hungry I am good... I will also bring my carnation mix in case... as long as i am prepared...

You are doing great! 2 cookies is perfect. We baked our cookies the weekend before my surgery and I had no pre-op diet so it took a lot of willpower to not go crazy with them. I still probably ate about two dozen (small ones) over the course of 3 days, but honestly, that is good for me considering how many I would normally eat. I think its awesome that you were able to eat just TWO. And, you are right about being prepared being key. Even though I could never keep the weight off w/Weight Watchers, that was an important lesson I learned... if you are prepared, then you are much more likely to succeed w/your goals. Best of luck to you and enjoy your trip!
