Well I was banded 12-14-09 and am doing ok I think. Not sure if I am hungry or just need to put something in my mouth. Having a lot of gas which from what I have read everyone does. Is this correct?? Have 1st Dr.'s appt. on Tues. Still unclear about what to put in my mouth. I think I have lost about 13 lbs. since the start of the pre-op diet and surgery. Hoping things get better.:blink:
