Almonds
I HEARD OR READ SOMEWHERE THAT EATING ALMONDS AS A SNACK COULD HELP IN WT. LOSS SO I THOUGHT WHAT COULD IT HURT TO TRY IT. :tt1:
WELL I'VE BEEN EATING THEM FOR ABOUT A MONTH NOW.
I GET UP AND HAVE A CUP OF COFFE,THEN ABOUT 1 HOUR LATER I'LL EAT ABOUT 1/2 SERVING(12) OF ALMONDS, THEN IN AN HOUR OR 2 I EAT A SMALL AMOUNT OF FOOD(USUALLY 2 PIECES OF LITE LUNCH MEAT AND 1 SLICE OF 2% CHEESE) ,THEN SOME MORE ALMONDS(12) THRU-OUT THE DAY THEN SUPPER(FAIRLY GOOD PORTIONS) AND FRUIT AT NITE WITH MORE ALMONDS(12-24).
SINCE THE 29TH OF NOV. I'VE LOST 7 LBS SO I'M THINKING THE ALMONDS MIGHT BE HELPING.
WELL ANYWAY JUST WANTED TO TELL YA'LL IN CASE ANYONE WANTED TO GIVE IT A TRY.
