I'm doing fantastic and down 17lbs as of Sunday. I'm eating eggs, cheese, beans. As well as the usual beginning foods.

I'm scheduled to get my first fill on the 6th of Jan. can anyone tell me what to expect once the doctor has done this??

I'm wondering how the eating is going to change. Can I still eat what I am now? Do I need to cut the portions more?
