I forgot to tell you my date...LOL
I go for my first doctors visit on Jan 15th. I have done my seminar. I need to do many more important vists I am sure. I just hope I can gain the encourgement to stay away from bad foods for me. It is so hard to break a lifetime pattern.
I have started drinking once in awhile the atkins drinks and some protein bars and watching my carb intake. It is very hard for me as I do not like the taste of things so far, but I thought if I start now I will grow to like it somehow or be use to drinking and eating bars when time to liquid diet for 2 weeks and than afterwards even.
I wanted to start writing now before I got to far into the doctors visits so I can use my writings to keep me strong when feeling I cannot make it anymore...:tongue2:
