I recieved my first adjustment, it was'nt so bad, I really hav'nt been hungry today. My next appt. is Feb. 17,2010, I guess this is when I will recieve the 2nd fill, I thought I would recieve one earlier. I am 5 weeks post-op., finally realizing it is all about portion control. I have lost 25lbs, in all Thank God!!:sneaky:

wow that is a long time inbetween..i got mine on the 2nd and i go again on the 30th of this month.....it took my first adjustment for me to fully realize portion control...good luck!

Yes, I agree. I don't understand what the deal is with some doctors waiting so long. I got my first fill 4 weeks, send fill 7 weeks (1 week early due to scheduling) and my next in another 4 weeks. If you start getting hungry after 2 1/2 hours you should call and try to up that appointment. Good luck to you. You are doing great though!

I agree. My first fill was Nov 24 and my next one isn't until Jan 5. I haven't lost any weight for a while now. I've been hanging around the 30 pound mark and go up and down a couple pounds each week. I am pertty much able to eat as normal, just keeping the portions in control. I have joined Curves and enjoy the workout. I really thought that I'd be losing about 10 a month. My surgery was Oct. 7
